The Impello Group was established in 2002 and represents a network of independent consultants who have been carefully selected to assist entrepreneurial organisations with the opportunities and challenges associated with growth.

After a career spanning merchant banking, change management and consulting to high growth companies, I founded this business on the basis that ‘the best consultants don’t live under one roof’.

Given today's rapid pace of change there is no single organisation that can claim dominance of all leading practices required to achieve sustainable growth.
